Off of I-55 I've been watching this barn slowly fall apart for years. So I finally stopped to photograph it.
It feels like something from Stephen King's The Gunslinger. The world has moved on.

I've been meaning to stop by this house for years and it recently had a fire and reminded me that it won't be standing for much longer along I-65.
So I went to Asheville, NC by myself this time and I was determined to stop there. I got there at just the right moment to catch the sunset change color and intensity by the minute.

3/1/22 - we made our way up to Zion National Park. It was gorgeous and still partially snowed in so there wasn't really much we could do and the paths that were open were ankle deep mud.
